Note: A GOLD MEMBER is one that has purchased 10 Midwest Boxes from our website and has received the 11th free box. If you have not purchased 10 boxes, and received the 11th free, don't fill out the registration form, it is automated and will only reject you if the lookup discovers you are not a GOLD MEMBER.

GOLD MEMBERS, register for access with id/password of your own choice. Please register now, by selecting the "Sign-Up" option below and choosing a unique userid/password to access our GOLD MEMBERS secured Club Member pages. You will then be emailed access confirmation to gain entrance.

Once registered, you can enter these Club Member pages through either of these ways:

    Have your userid/password ready - either entrance will prompt you for it.
